• Herbal Compress Massage — warm herbal compresses combined with traditional massage
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage — gentle techniques designed to support the body's natural lymphatic flow
• Four Hands Massage — two therapists working in synchronised movements for an intensely relaxing full-body treatment

Every massage on our menu can be booked in-spa at Escape 8 Spa in Meydan, or as a home service at your own location in Dubai. In-spa treatments currently receive 25% off; home service pricing is not discounted.

How Long Should Your Massage Be?

Most classic and specialist massages are available in 60, 90 and 120-minute durations, so you can choose a shorter session to fit around your day or a longer treatment for a more complete experience. Foot, Head/Neck/Shoulder and Facial Massages are typically offered in shorter 30 to 90-minute options.

It depends on what you're looking for. If you want a gentle, flowing experience, a Swedish or Aromatherapy Massage is a great starting point. What's the difference between a classic and a specialist massage?

Specialist massages use particular tools or techniques — such as heated stones, wooden implements or a second therapist — that go beyond a standard hands-on massage, which is reflected in their pricing.

Can I combine a massage with another treatment?
